***January 1, 2010 Change In Terms Of Service!***
Beginning today, 1/1/2010, due to excessive cheating and artificial clicker usage by Chinese members, Chinese members will no longer be allowed to cash in their earnings to be paid via Paypal. China members can only exchange their account balances for advertising credits. This only applies to Chinese members, as 100% of the bots we have had to remove over and over were Chinese members. My sincere apologies to our honest Chinese members for having to make this change to our sites, but we simply cannot afford to continue paying cheaters and artificial clicker users.
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. Referrals using false information to join this site will be deleted, multiple accounts from the same IP address will be deleted, and members whose emails bounce and therefore cannot receive our occasional emails will be deleted. If you do not choose to receive our paid emails, you can opt out of receiving these easily in your account. However, part of your membership at out site includes receiving/being able to receive our occasional administrative emails.
Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to delete your account, causing you to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating would include any of the following:
Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking. (Bots)
Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
Payouts
Our goal at Tennessee PTC is to make payouts at least once per week as funds allow. Most often, we make them once daily! However, particularly with our higher paying clicks from affiliate networks, our payouts on those can be up to Net 35 simply due to the fact that we get paid for those clicks, when they are done correctly and are approved by the network, Net 35. We cannot make payouts on these clicks unless we have the funds to do so. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.
Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 30 days, your earnings will be cleared and your account deleted. If you notify admin through our contact link that you will be on vacation, etc., for a period of time, your account will not be deleted. If your account has been deleted due to inactivity, please notify admin if you wish it restored.
Advertising Terms
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be english.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
